The historic Es Molí gallery, before situated along Sant Miquel road, was located within a traditional "casa payesa" in the heart of Santa Gertrudis.

Once a former flour mill, this gallery earned the distinction of being the oldest art gallery on Ibiza, playing a pivotal role in the island's art scene over the past thirty years. Many artists, both local talents and internationally acclaimed figures, who have made Ibiza their creative haven, have graced its halls.

Established in 1978 by Joël Roger, a French art enthusiast, who had previously managed two art spaces in Paris, the gallery found new life when he and his family decided to make Ibiza their home.
